  • House and Land Packages are only available for the specific lot and house advertised.
  • FRD Homes is responsible for the build contract only and may be relied upon for information concerning the same.
  • FRD Homes, unless stated otherwise is not responsible for the land contract and may not be relied upon for information concerning the same. Buyers should rely on advice from their legal representative or the developer for further information concerning the land contract.
  • House and Land Packages and advertised pricing do not consider land contract settlement costs, duties or charges which may be applicable.
  • House and Land Packages and advertised pricing refers only to the siting location selected by FRD Homes in its sole discretion and is subject to change.
  • FRD Homes acknowledges that House and Land Packages require application for covenant, council and certifier approval, and whilst every effort has been made to reduce potential variations, all build contracts may be subject to change if a variation is required at the time of application.
  • All images and illustrations are artists impressions only and should be considered as a guide. They may feature items that are not standard nor supplied by FRD Homes and therefore may not be included in the advertised price.
  • All prices are GST inclusive and may be subject to further costs associated with siteworks and footings requirements, as well as energy efficiency assessment and council approval.
  • Final costs, dimensions and inclusions may vary from the information provided due to buyer or third party requirements and may be varied by FRD Homes without notice.
  • Where the land is not provided by FRD Homes, the developer or FRD Homes reserves the right to withdraw packages on land that has become unavailable or sold.

FRD HOMES OFFER OF A PRICE GUARANTEE:

Notwithstanding the general conditions of the HIA New Home Building Contract, the build contract price is guaranteed where the owner complies with the following obligations:

    • Pay to the builder the 5 percent build deposit in full;
    • Provide to the builder evidence of the owner’s title to the land under clause 6 of the general conditions of Contract;
    • Provide to the builder evidence of the owner’s capacity to pay the contract price under clause 7.1 of the general conditions of Contract;
    • Provide exclusive possession and clear all-weather access of the site to carry out the works.
  • The owner agrees to respond to all requests or demands from the builder within 3 working days. This may include, and is not limited to, signing-off on colour schemes, variations, plans and other relevant planning applications.
  • Where the owner is in breach of any of the above obligations or where industry conditions may cause a delay in the commencement of the works beyond the anticipated start date, the “Price Guarantee” will limit any building contract price increases to the following capped amounts:
    • $2,500 (incl. GST) every month for single storey dwellings (pro-rated for any part month)
    • $3,000 (incl. GST) every month for double storey dwellings (pro-rated for any part month)
    • $4,000 (incl. GST) every month for duplex or dual key dwellings (pro-rated for any part month)
  • This exclusive offer does not remove either parties’ rights or obligations under the Contract.
